4. Delivery Timelines & Delays

All delivery timelines are estimates and are calculated in business days. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will first be processed and dispatched, after which the applicable delivery timeline begins.
